Formed in 2008, Aunt Martha’s
sound is best described as acoustic storytelling fueled by furious drumming,
held together by melodic textures and layered harmonies -- each a fitting
companion to front man Tim Noyes’ genuine, captivating voice.
Though based in the northeast,
their real home is the road. The band tours constantly, just played four
sets at Bonnaroo 2011 and are gearing up to release their second LP in 2012.
Until then, they’ll continue writing, performing and spreading their music to
all who will listen.
